Safety Instructions

WARNING! To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious injury, or death: Read all instructions. Use only indoors. Do not immerse appliance in water. Unplug when not in use or before cleaning. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. Operate on level surface. Avoid hot surfaces; use handles. Do not open lid or remove carafe during brewing to prevent burns from hot water or steam. Use only Ninja Pods or compatible single-serve pods. Do not microwave carafe or use abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Scalding may occur if hot liquids are poured directly from reservoir. Keep out of reach of children. No extension cords.

Installation

Wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water or dishwasher (top rack). Set clock by pressing HR/MIN buttons. For first use: Fill reservoir to MAX, assemble brew basket (no grounds), select Full Carafe Classic, run priming cycle, and discard water.

Place unit on flat, level surface near 120V outlet.
Plug in and set clock/time zone.
Run priming cycle to flush system.

Electrical: 120V, 60Hz, 1550W; grounded outlet required.

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: Power button, Start/Stop, Delay Brew, Keep Warm, Multi-Serve Dial (sizes), Brew Style buttons (Classic/Rich/Over Ice), HR/MIN for clock/Delay, Clean button, Drip Stop toggle.

Delay Brew: Fill reservoir, prepare brew, set time with HR/MIN, press Delay Brew. Keep Warm: Auto-activates post-brew for up to 4 hours. Drip Stop: Open for brewing, close for pour-over.

Brewing with Grounds

Fill reservoir with fresh water.
Insert #4 paper filter into brew basket, add medium-ground coffee (see chart below).
Slide brew basket into unit, close lid.
Select brew size on dial, brew style, place carafe/mug, open Drip Stop, press Start.

Brew times: 3-10 minutes depending on size. For Over Ice: Pre-fill vessel with ice cubes.

CAUTION! Use only medium grind to avoid overflow. Do not use fine grounds.

Brewing with Pods

Fill reservoir with fresh water.
Lock Pod Adapter into brew basket.
Insert compatible pod, close Pod Adapter handle (press bottom of pod if needed for high-altitude).
Slide into unit, close lid.
Select brew size (up to XL Travel), brew style, place mug, press Start.

Note: Pods not recommended for carafe sizes over 1/2. Progress bar shows brew status.

CAUTION! Use only compatible pods; do not overfill Pod Adapter.

Care & Cleaning

Daily: Rinse brew basket, Pod Adapter, carafe, and reservoir under warm water. Wash with mild soap. Dishwasher-safe (top rack) for carafe, basket, and scoop. Clean Pod Adapter needles with paperclip if clogged. Wipe exterior with damp cloth.

Weekly: Run a water-only brew cycle with vinegar solution for maintenance.

WARNING! Unplug unit and allow to cool before cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners on stainless steel.

Descaling

Descale when Clean light illuminates (every 3-6 months). Use Ninja Descale Solution or 1:1 white vinegar-water mix. Fill reservoir to MAX with solution, place empty carafe, press Clean button and Start. Cycle runs ~75 minutes. Follow with 2 full water-only rinses (Full Carafe Classic for grounds; 12 oz. Classic for pods).

Prepare descaling solution in reservoir.
Run Clean cycle.
Rinse with fresh water cycles until no odor.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Possible Cause	Corrective Action
